Join our team as Manager, Global Network Operations and play a key role in ensuring secure, reliable, and efficient network services across offices, distribution centers, data centers, retail stores, showrooms, and cloud environments worldwide.
What you'll do: Lead and develop a global Network Operations team
Drive incident, request, change, and problem management processes
Coordinate major incident response, root cause analysis, and escalation management
Support network refreshes, migrations, cloud connectivity initiatives, and lifecycle management activities
Advance an automation-first and AI-enabled support model
Monitor operational performance through KPIs, reporting,



and continuous improvement initiatives What we're looking for: 8+ years of experience in Network Operations, Infrastructure Operations, Network Engineering, or Enterprise IT Operations
3+ years of people leadership or technical team leadership experience
Strong expertise in:
LAN / WAN
Wireless Networks
SD-WAN
VPN
DNS
DHCP
Firewalls Experience with Service Now or similar ITSM platforms
Knowledge of network monitoring, operational analytics, automation, and scripting You’ll have the opportunity to lead a global function, influence network strategy, and drive innovation through automation and AI while collaborating with teams around the world.
