Our client is a leading real estate agency specializing in high-end properties and is looking for a dedicated and ambitious Luxury Real Estate Advisor to join their team in Tlalnepantla, State of Mexico. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of premium listings, engaging with affluent clients, and facilitating complex transactions. The adecuado candidate will be adept at understanding the unique needs of luxury buyers and sellers and possess a strong network within the high-net-worth community in Tlalnepantla and surrounding affluent areas. Key Responsibilities Represent clients in the buying and selling of luxury residential properties in Tlalnepantla and its upscale neighborhoods.
Develop and maintain a strong portfolio of exclusive luxury listings, ensuring high-quality marketing materials.
Cultivate and manage relationships with high-net-worth individuals, providing discreet and personalized service.
Conduct comprehensive property research and provide expert advice on market trends, pricing, and investment potential for luxury real estate.
Skillfully negotiate offers and contracts, ensuring the best possible outcomes for clients.
Coordinate all aspects of the transaction process, from initial client consultation to final closing, often requiring a hybrid approach to client meetings and property viewings.




Stay updated on the latest luxury market developments, architectural trends, and exclusive amenities relevant to the State of Mexico.
Network actively within the luxury real estate community and related industries. Requirements Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate sales, with a proven track record in the luxury market.
In-depth knowledge of the luxury real estate landscape in Tlalnepantla and the surrounding State of Mexico.
Exceptional negotiation, sales, and client relationship management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and preferably English.
Demonstrated ability to handle high-value transactions and discreetly manage sensitive client information.
Must possess a valid real estate license or equivalent certification.
Proficiency in using advanced real estate marketing tools and CRM systems.
A professional demeanor and impeccable presentation are essential for this client-facing role.
