About the Role
Our client, a leading sports medicine and rehabilitation clinic in Saltillo, Coahuila , is looking for a dedicated Rehabilitador Físico y Deportivo. This role is essential for helping athletes and active individuals recover from injuries, improve performance, and prevent future physical ailments. You will design and implement customized rehabilitation programs, utilizing a wide range of therapeutic techniques and exercises. The idóneo candidate will have a deep understanding of biomechanics, injury mechanisms, and rehabilitation principles. Strong diagnostic skills, excellent communication abilities, and a genuine passion for helping people regain mobility and function are paramount. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive physical assessments to diagnose injuries and functional limitations.
Develop and implement individualized physical therapy and rehabilitation programs for athletes and general population.
Employ therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities to restore strength, flexibility, and function.
Educate patients on injury prevention, proper body mechanics, and home exercise programs.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.




Collaborate with physicians, coaches, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
Stay up-to-date with the latest research, techniques, and technologies in sports rehabilitation. Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy, Sports Rehabilitation, or a related field.
Licensed Physical Therapist or Certified Athletic Trainer (or equivalent qualification).
Proven experience in sports rehabilitation and working with athletes.
Expertise in various therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and electrotherapy.
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills to work with clients in Saltillo, Coahuila.
Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
