We are seeking an accomplished Plant Manager to lead a large-scale automotive manufacturing operation with 4,000+ employees.
We are looking for a strategic, results-driven leader with extensive experience in plant management, operational excellence, and the development of high-performing teams.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead overall plant operations, ensuring performance in Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Productivity.
Drive operational excellence, Lean Manufacturing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Lead cross-functional teams and promote a culture of accountability and high performance.
Manage operational budgets, KPIs, and strategic business objectives.
Optimize manufacturing processes, workforce utilization, and operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with automotive customer requirements and applicable quality standards.
Strengthen employee engagement, leadership development, and labor relations.



REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Plant Manager in the manufacturing industry.
Proven experience leading large-scale manufacturing operations and multidisciplinary teams.
Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, operational KPIs, and cost management.
Automotive manufacturing experience; automotive sewing operations experience is highly preferred.
Demonstrated ability to develop leadership teams and deliver sustainable business results.
Strong strategic thinking, decision-making, and communication skills.
