About the Role
Our client is seeking a talented and security-conscious Full Stack Developer to join their fully remote engineering team. This role is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust web applications, with a strong emphasis on incorporating security best practices throughout the entire software development lifecycle. You will work across both front-end and back-end technologies, ensuring secure coding, data protection, and system integrity. As a remote-first position, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, contributing to the development of innovative and secure software solutions from anywhere in Mexico. We are looking for a proactive developer who understands the importance of security in modern web development and is passionate about building high-quality, secure applications.
Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain full stack web applications using modern frameworks and technologies.
Implement secure coding practices to prevent common vulnerabilities (e.g., XSS, SQL injection).
Design and implement secure APIs and microservices.
Integrate security measures into the CI/CD pipeline (Dev Sec Ops).
Conduct code reviews with a focus on security and performance.
Collaborate with security teams to identify and address potential vulnerabilities.
Optimize application performance and user experience.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.




Stay up-to-date with the latest web development trends and security best practices.
Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning and retrospectives. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in full stack web development.
Proficiency in front-end technologies (e.g., Java Script, React, Angular, Vue.js) and back-end technologies (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java, Ruby).
Solid understanding of database technologies (SQL and No SQL).
Demonstrated knowledge of web security principles and best practices.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
Familiarity with Dev Sec Ops principles and tools.
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills for remote team environments.
