Key Responsibilities Provide specialized pharmaceutical care to oncology patients, including medication management, patient counseling, and therapeutic drug monitoring. Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams, including oncologists, nurses, and other specialists, to optimize patient treatment plans. Review and interpret complex oncology treatment regimens, ensuring safe and effective medication use. Stay abreast of the latest advancements in oncology pharmacotherapy and clinical practice guidelines. Participate in virtual tumor boards and case conferences to discuss patient cases and provide expert pharmaceutical input. Educate patients and their families on their treatment, potential side effects, and management strategies. Contribute to the development and implementation of protocols and best practices in oncology pharmacy.



Maintain accurate and thorough patient records in compliance with all regulatory requirements. Engage in continuous learning and professional development to maintain expertise in a rapidly evolving field. Requirements Licensed Pharmacist in Mexico with active registration. Specialization or extensive experience in Clinical Oncology Pharmacy (minimum 5 years). Proven ability to work effectively in a remote setting, with strong self-management and communication skills. Excellent understanding of chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and supportive care medications. Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and healthcare professionals. Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team. Fluency in Spanish (native or equivalent); proficiency in English is a plus.
