Mandatory Qualifications
Language Proficiency
Professional fluency in both English and Spanish (native or near-native proficiency required in both languages)
Must be able to read and write formal evaluations clearly and precisely in English
Must understand Spanish-language geographic, business, and cultural context
Must be comfortable with technical terminology in both languages

Geographic and Residency Requirements
Current residency in Mexico for the last 5 consecutive years (required to ensure authentic,



current geographic knowledge)
Deep, lived knowledge of Mexico's geography—including major cities, regional landmarks, state and municipal boundaries, and less-prominent areas
Current understanding of how people in your region actually navigate, speak about locations, and describe directions (colloquial usage, cultural references, regional variations)
