Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Supervise the day-to-day operations of the bar, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
Lead, train, coach, and motivate bartenders and bar support team members.
Ensure all beverages are prepared and served according to brand standards and recipes.
Maintain exceptional guest service standards and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.
Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and manage stock rotation to minimize waste and shortages.
Assist in controlling beverage costs, labor costs, and overall bar profitability.
Ensure compliance with hygiene, health and safety, and responsible alcohol service regulations.
Support the development and implementation of cocktail menus, beverage programs, and special promotions.
Conduct opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and reconciliation when required.
Collaborate closely with the Food & Beverage management team to achieve operational objectives.
Participate actively in the hotel's pre-opening phase, including recruitment, training, menu tastings, SOP development, and operational setup.

Qualifications

Candidate Profile
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Bar Supervisor, Head Bartender, or a similar leadership role.




Previous experience in hotels, upscale restaurants, lifestyle venues, or high-volume bars preferred.
Strong knowledge of spirits, wines, beers, cocktails, and current beverage trends.
Proven leadership and team development skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Passion for guest service and hospitality.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work adaptable schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Proficiency in English is highly desirable; additional languages are an asset.
