Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we are looking for a Finance Program Manager leader with a strong foundation in data analytics and financial management to drive strategic initiatives and enable data-driven decision-making across the organization. Located in Guadalajara, North Campus.
Reporting to the VP, Program Management. This role goes beyond execution - it requires someone who can connect project delivery with financial performance, optimize investment decisions, and provide leadership with actionable business insights.
You will serve as a key partner to Finance, Operations, and Executive Leadership, ensuring that projects are not only delivered on time but also maximize ROI and business value.
What a typical day looks like: Lead a portfolio of high-value, complex projects and strategic initiatives
Ensure alignment between business strategy, financial goals, and project execution
Establish and oversee project governance frameworks and KPIs
Own project financials include: Budget planning and forecasting
Cost tracking and variance analysis Partner with Finance to ensure financial discipline across all projects
Drive data-backed investment decisions and prioritization
Develop and maintain executive dashboards and performance metrics




Translate large datasets into clear insights and recommendations
Work closely with Finance, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams The experience we're looking to add to our team: BA/BS/MBA or equivalent work experience.
Experience in Electronics Industry.
Strong experience in Project / Portfolio Management.
Strong communication skill (English and Spanish).
Strong background in financial analysis within project environments.
Proven experience managing large budgets and complex portfolios.
Advanced expertise in: Financial modeling (ROI, CAPEX/OPEX, forecasting), Data analysis and visualization tools.
Ability and willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis.
Experience with demanding clients.
