Your Contribution
As a Mechanical Design Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing manufacturing equipment, leading engineering projects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that support plant operations and production requirements. Design and development of layouts for manufacturing processes and production areas.
Design of mechanical systems, industrial machinery, and material handling/transportation systems based on operational requirements.
Development and management of machinery projects from concept through fabrication, integration, and final delivery.
Coordination of multidisciplinary teams, including mechanical, electrical, controls, manufacturing, and design personnel.
Interpretation of customer and operational requirements to develop effective engineering solutions.
Monitoring project scope, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful project execution.
Support continuous improvement initiatives through equipment upgrades, automation, and process optimization. Your Experience & Qualifications 3+ years of experience in industrial design, including the development of mechanical assemblies, tooling, and industrial equipment.
3+ years of experience applying Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T;)



and material selection in engineering projects.
Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Auto CAD and Autodesk Inventor for design, modeling, and technical documentation.
Advanced English communication skills (written and verbal).
Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems applied to industrial equipment and manufacturing processes.
Experience interpreting mechanical diagrams, engineering drawings, and technical specifications.
Experience operating and programming CNC machinery, as well as supporting machining and manufacturing processes.
Strong project management, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Our Offer
