Job Description

Your Role

- Lead the migration of critical banking data assets from legacy SQL Server environments to modern platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, and Hive, helping shape the organization's future data architecture.
- Own the design, optimization, and reliability of complex ETL and data processing pipelines, ensuring scalable and high-performance solutions for business-critical workloads.
- Act as a senior technical contributor who can independently investigate complex systems, troubleshoot data issues, and drive resolutions with minimal guidance.
- Partner with architects, product teams, and business stakeholders to define data requirements, improve data models, and deliver solutions that support strategic business initiatives.
- Play a key role in a high-visibility modernization program, influencing best practices around SQL development, Airflow orchestration, data quality, and performance optimization across the data platform.

Your Profile

- 5+ years of experience designing, developing,



and supporting enterprise-scale data solutions.
- Advanced expertise in SQL, with the ability to write, optimize, and troubleshoot complex queries, data transformations, and high-volume data workloads.
- Proven experience designing, developing, and supporting ETL/ELT pipelines within enterprise-scale data environments.
- Hands-on experience with Snowflake and exposure to Databricks, including performance optimization and large-scale data processing.
- Strong knowledge of Airflow and data modeling, including schema design, partitioning strategies, and query performance tuning.
- Demonstrated ability to independently analyze, debug, and resolve issues across complex data pipelines while working effectively in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
- Fluent English
