REMARKETING TRAINEE

BMW FINANCIAL SERVICES

As a Remarketing Trainee, you will support the development and execution of Remarketing and End-of-Term strategies across BMW Financial Services, helping maximize vehicle value, increase trade-in and refinancing opportunities, and enhance customer retention. Working closely with Sales, Risk, Accounting, CRM & Marketing, Dealer Network partners, and external vendors, you will combine analytical, commercial, and operational activities to contribute to profitable and efficient remarketing operations while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

WHAT AWAITS YOU?





- Support the implementation and execution of Remarketing and End-of-Term strategies focused on maximizing vehicle value and reducing vehicle turn-ins.

- Prepare and analyze key performance indicators, reports, and operational controls to support decision-making, efficiency and profitability within the Remarketing area.
- Support the refinancing process for end-of-term contracts by coordinating tailored solutions with internal teams and customers.

- Monitor vehicle inspection and damage assessment processes, ensuring consistency and timely follow-up.

- Identify opportunities to improve remarketing performance, increase trade-ins and refinancing conversions, and support continuous process improvement initiatives.

WHAT SHOULD YOU BRING ALONG?

- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or a related.

- Up to 2 years of professional experience.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively with dealers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

- Strong attention to detail, accountability, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
