Roof Technologies is a growing U.S.-based roofing and general contracting company expanding its operations with a new corporate support team in Monterrey, Mexico.

We're looking for an experienced, bilingual Accounts Receivable & Collections Specialist who takes ownership of results, communicates confidently, and knows how to turn outstanding balances into collected revenue.

This position plays an important role in maintaining healthy cash flow and supporting our continued growth across the United States.

What You'll Do

- Manage outstanding customer balances and accounts receivable.
- Contact U.S. customers regarding outstanding and overdue payments.
- Follow up on unpaid invoices and payment commitments.
- Coordinate with sales and operations teams to resolve payment delays.
- Maintain accurate collection records, account notes, and payment statuses.
- Identify and escalate disputed accounts or collection concerns.
- Provide regular updates on outstanding balances and collection performance.
- Help develop efficient collections procedures as our company expands.

What We're Looking For

- Minimum 2 years of experience in collections, accounts receivable, or a related financial position.
- Advanced English and Spanish communication skills.
- Experience communicating directly with U.S. customers.
- Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Confidence handling difficult payment conversations professionally.
- Experience working with CRM systems, accounting software, or collections platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize outstanding balances.
- A proactive,



results-driven mindset with strong personal accountability.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with U.S.-based companies.
- Background in construction, roofing, insurance, or home improvement.
- Experience managing high-value customer accounts.
- Familiarity with payment reconciliation and accounts receivable reporting.

Work Location

This position will initially operate remotely from Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico.

Once our Monterrey corporate office is established, the position will transition to a full-time, on-site role.

Candidates must be located in Monterrey or willing to relocate.

Compensation

MXN $15,000–$25,000 gross monthly, depending on experience and qualifications.
