• Support the Commercial Project Manager with activities such as: Creating projects in SAP; Entering sales orders; Project invoicing
• Support the Offers team with activities such as: Invoicing affiliated companiesReviewing contract terms and conditions; Following up with sales representatives on proposal status; Creating purchase requisitions for suppliers
• Follow up on and propose process improvement projects that help reduce execution times and increase the transparency of business information through automation and digitalization initiatives.
• Participate in an improvement project focused on documenting the company’s established procedures and developing an operations manual tailored to the business model.
