What will you do in this role?
- Provide personalized, high-quality customer service in English and Spanish.
- Actively listen to customers and resolve inquiries with empathy and professionalism.
- Provide clear and accurate information while supporting customer needs.

Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS
What are we looking for?
- English proficiency: B2+ / C1 (spoken and written).
- Completed high school diploma.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and internet tools.
- Ability to type at least 25 words per minute with 90% accuracy.
- Customer service or Call Center experience is preferred.
- Availability to work 100% Home Office with adaptable/rotating schedules.
- And visit site office on Puebla City when needed.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Complete employment documentation, including CURP, NSS, RFC/Tax Certificate, and any other required documents.
- Must reside in Puebla.
