S. GAAP standards.

Key Responsibilities
& Duties  Financial Preparation: Prepare journal entries and general ledger account reconciliations.  Amortization & Insurance: Assist with amortization schedules and inter-company charges for risk insurance.  Inter-Company Accounting: Assist with inter-company loan schedules and journal entries.  Tax & Reporting:



Preparation of property tax renditions and amortization journal entries.  Cross-Functional Communication: Partner directly with plant managers, project leads, and department heads to verify asset status and resolve discrepancies.  Time Management: Multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment to meet strict period-end close deadlines.  Adaptability & Collaboration: Work collaboratively within the team while maintaining flexibility to adjust pace as project volumes fluctuate. Qualifications & Requirements 

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. 

Experience:
0 to 2 years of accounting experience (experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus).  Technical

Skills:
o Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., Oracle) is a plus.  Soft

Skills:
o Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and data accuracy. o Clear communication skills.
