We're a fast-growing startup backed by renowned entrepreneurs and investors. THE ROLEWe are seeking a highly skilled, innately curious and passionate Full Stack AI Developer. You'll be at the intersection of cutting‐edge AI technology and real‐world business applications, creating scalable data solutions that enable human-quality AI interactions for thousands of users daily.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Integrate & Optimize Twilio's suite of APIs and services to support and improve omni‐channel communication capabilities.
- Implement AWS/GCP infrastructure solutions for scalability and reliability.
- Develop and integrate API connections between our platform and other CRM/ERP/ML/Cloud systems.
- Automate system and data processes to improve operational efficiency.
Fine‐tune open‐source models and engage in advanced model testing frameworks.
- Work with AI‐forward databases and implement RAG integrations.
- Employ AI embeddings and data ingestion tools.
- Stay up to date and implement the best inference tools for optimized AI performance.
Technical Skills
- Twilio Expertise is essential,



including API and other Services.
- Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.
- Familiarity with AWS or GCP infrastructure setup and management.
- General familiarity with the current Enterprise AI Ecosystem: Open Source Models, Databases, RAG, Vector Embeddings, Inference, Evaluation tools, etc.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years experience in data engineering, data architecture, or related fields
- Intermediate to Advanced English proficiency, including technical terminology.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred but not mandatory if offset by substantial experience and demonstrated skills.
- Expert‐level Python programming and advanced querying skills.
- Hands‐on experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP preferred)
- API development and integration experiencePreferred Qualifications
- Startup experience in high‐growth technology companies
- Background in enterprise B2B software or AI/ML applications
- Experience with data privacy compliance standards (GDPR, CCPA, SOC2‐Type2)
