About the Role

WhatJobs Direct is looking for an energetic and outgoing Promotor de Actividades Recreativas y Deportivas to engage with the community and drive participation in local sports and leisure programs. This role is vital for promoting the Ocio y Deportes offerings in Tijuana, Baja California, MX . Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute outreach strategies to promote recreational and sports activities.
- Represent the organization at community events, fairs, and sports-related functions.
- Inform the public about program offerings, schedules, and registration processes.
- Engage potential participants, answer questions, and encourage sign-ups.
- Distribute promotional materials, such as flyers and brochures.
- Build relationships with local schools, community centers, and sports clubs.
- Collect feedback from the community regarding program needs and interests.

Requirements

- Must be comfortable engaging with the public in various settings.

- Familiarity with the Tijuana, Baja California, MX community is a significant asset.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college education preferred.
- Ability to travel within the local area as needed.
