The Central Flow (CF) Sr.
Process Specialist has Central Flow Experience and will own the strategy, mechanisms and initiatives within Central Flow LATAM that drive sustained CF Performance reflected in Speed and Delivery Estimate Accuracy (DEA) by proactively rightsizing labor to close capacity risk.
Those initiatives include labor adjustment strategy and the levers that execute it, real-time capacity risk identification and response, rolled volume recovery mechanisms, and the development of standardized processes, automated reporting, and network-wide controls.
Success hinges on balancing three critical metrics that pull against one another: Capped Out Hours (COH)
