- Support PTC Creo and PTC Windchill users, resolving application issues and ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Troubleshoot CAD, PLM, and SAP integration issues to maintain accurate data flow across systems.
- Gather business requirements and support application enhancements and process improvements.
- Train users and provide guidance on PLM, CAD, and related business processes.
- Identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements across Creo, Windchill, and SAP workflows.
- Maintain application documentation, configurations, and support procedures.
- Collaborate with general business and IT teams to prioritize and deliver solutions.




- Monitor system performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Act as a subject matter expert for PLM and CAD applications

Perfil buscado

A successful IT Application Analyst should have:

- Hands-on experience with PTC Creo and PTC Windchill.
- Knowledge of PLM concepts and SAP-integrated processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
