About the Role

Our client, WhatJobs Direct , is seeking a data-driven and innovative Especialista en Growth Marketing y Experimentación to join their fully remote team. This role is focused on identifying and executing strategies to drive rapid user acquisition, engagement, and retention through scientific experimentation and data analysis. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and analyzing A/B tests and other growth initiatives across various marketing channels. We are looking for a candidate with a strong understanding of growth hacking methodologies, data analysis, and a passion for continuous optimization. Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement growth marketing strategies focused on user acquisition, activation, retention, and referral.
- Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests and other experiments across various channels (website, app, email, paid ads).
- Analyze user behavior, conversion funnels, and key growth metrics to identify opportunities for optimization.
- Utilize data analysis tools and methodologies to derive actionable insights and inform experiment design.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to implement growth initiatives and new features.
- Manage the experimentation roadmap, prioritizing tests based on potential impact and feasibility.
- Track and report on the performance of growth experiments and marketing campaigns.




- Stay up-to-date with the latest growth marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
- Foster a culture of experimentation and data-driven decision-making within the team.

Requirements

- Proven experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or a similar data-focused role.
- Strong understanding of A/B testing methodologies, statistical analysis, and experimentation frameworks.
- Proficiency with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team.
- Experience in defining and tracking key growth metrics (e.g., CAC, LTV, Churn Rate).
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
