About the Role

Our client, a prestigious hospitality group, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Gerente de Alimentos y Bebidas to oversee all F&B; operations within their upscale hotel in Tlalnepantla . This key role involves managing multiple dining outlets, bars, banquets, and room service to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and operational profitability. You will be responsible for developing innovative menus, controlling costs, leading and training F&B; staff, and maintaining the highest standards of service and quality. The adecuado candidate possesses a strong background in hotel F&B; management, excellent leadership abilities, and a deep understanding of culinary trends and financial management. This is an on-site position critical to the success of the hotel's reputation and revenue generation. You will be instrumental in creating memorable dining experiences for guests, driving both satisfaction and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily operations of all hotel food and beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, banquets, and room service.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve departmental objectives, including revenue growth and cost management.
- Manage inventory, procurement, and vendor relationships to ensure quality products at competitive prices.
- Create and update menus in collaboration with the culinary team, focusing on quality, innovation, and profitability.
- Lead, train, and motivate a diverse team of F&B; professionals,



fostering a culture of excellence.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Monitor financial performance, including P&L; statements, and implement cost-saving measures.
- Develop and execute marketing and promotional strategies for F&B; offerings.
- Maintain high standards of guest service and satisfaction, addressing any issues promptly.
- Manage budgets for the F&B; department effectively.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in food and beverage management, preferably within a luxury hotel environment.
- Proven experience in managing multiple F&B; outlets and large-scale banquets.
- Strong financial acumen, including P&L; management and budgeting.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of current culinary trends and beverage programs.
- Proficiency in F&B; management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
- Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
