About the Role

Our client, a leading provider of online learning solutions, is looking for a creative and skilled Diseñador Instruccional Multimedia para Educación Virtual to join their team. This role, based in Puebla, Puebla , will focus on creating engaging and effective digital learning materials. You will be responsible for transforming educational content into interactive multimedia experiences, utilizing a variety of digital tools and platforms. The idóneo candidate has a strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design models, and multimedia production techniques. You will collaborate closely with subject matter experts and instructional designers to develop high-quality e-learning courses, videos, and other digital assets. Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop engaging multimedia instructional materials for online courses.
- Create e-learning modules, interactive simulations, videos, animations, and infographics.
- Apply instructional design principles (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) to create effective learning experiences.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather content and ensure accuracy.
- Utilize authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) and video editing software.
- Develop assessments and evaluation tools to measure learning outcomes.
- Ensure all multimedia content is accessible and adheres to WCAG standards.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously,



adhering to deadlines and quality standards.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in instructional design and multimedia production.
- Provide technical support and guidance to instructors using the developed materials.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Multimedia Design, Education Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in instructional design and multimedia development for online learning.
- Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Captivate, etc.).
- Experience with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Strong understanding of learning theories and adult learning principles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Portfolio showcasing examples of multimedia instructional design work.
- Familiarity with the educational landscape in Puebla, Puebla is a plus.
