About the Role

Our client, a dynamic player in the travel insurance market, is looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Consultor de Seguros para Viajes y Turismo . This is a fully remote position, allowing you to leverage your expertise from anywhere. You will be the primary point of contact for clients seeking specialized insurance solutions for their travel needs, offering guidance on policies tailored to international travel, adventure sports, and medical emergencies abroad. The idóneo candidate possesses exceptional communication skills, a passion for travel, and a comprehensive understanding of the travel insurance landscape. You will play a key role in ensuring travelers are adequately protected, contributing directly to client peace of mind.

Key Responsibilities

- Advise clients on the best travel insurance options based on their specific travel plans and risk profiles.
- Explain policy details, coverage limitations, and exclusions clearly and concisely.
- Assist clients in selecting appropriate plans for various travel scenarios, including business trips, leisure vacations, and adventure activities.
- Process insurance applications and ensure all documentation is accurate and complete.
- Handle client inquiries regarding policy coverage, claims, and changes to their insurance.
- Stay informed about global travel regulations, visa requirements, and potential risks in different destinations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with travel agencies, tour operators,



and other industry partners.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets for travel insurance products.
- Provide post-sale support and ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements

- Previous experience in insurance sales, customer service, or a related role, preferably within the travel or tourism sector.
- In-depth knowledge of various travel insurance products, including emergency medical, trip cancellation, and lost luggage coverage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple client requests simultaneously.
- Proficiency with online sales platforms and CRM systems.
- A passion for travel and a good understanding of global travel trends.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a remote, fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma required; further education or certifications in insurance or tourism are advantageous.
