About the Role

We are looking for a Recruiting Lead based in Mexico to join our small, senior team. You will run searches end to end, partner on our most senior mandates, and help build Gold & Aron’s presence in Mexico. Every search has a named pilot who owns it, and our most important ones also have a co-pilot. You will play both roles, with real ownership from day one. Your work will be visible and your ideas implemented. As you help build our Mexico practice, the role can grow into a leadership position at the firm.

RESPONSABILITIES

Run searches end to end

- Own the full search process: kickoff, pipeline, screening, client updates, interview coordination, and offer.
- Conduct first-round interviews to assess fit, capability, and motivation.
- Write sharp candidate summaries and search updates for clients.
- Manage client relationships and progress check-ins directly.

Research and assess talent for executive searches

- Map markets and target companies using LinkedIn, AI tools, and our proprietary database.




- Identify and engage passive executive candidates across multiple concurrent searches.
- Lead candidate scoring and initial assessment, and bring a clear point of view on who should advance and why.
- Research companies, sectors, and hiring trends to identify new opportunities, with a focus on Mexico and the United States.
- Build prospect lists and market intelligence.
- Propose and run new BD initiatives.
- Engage prospective clients and help win new mandates.

ADECUADO CANDIDATE PROFILE

- Expected responsibilities split estimate: roughly 40% running searches end to end, 40% research and assessment, 20% BD. This will vary depending on candidate experience and the type and volume of mandates.
- 3-7+ years in recruiting research, consulting, finance, tech, or similar fields.
- Experience in or recruiting for Tech or Financial Services is a strong plus.
- Fluent English + Fluent Spanish are a must.
- Analytical, structured thinker with strong organization and attention to detail.
- Comfortable with ambiguity, bias for action, and a strong ownership mindset.
