About the Role

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Analista de Siniestros to join their established insurance team in Acapulco, Guerrero . You will be responsible for the thorough investigation, evaluation, and resolution of insurance claims, ensuring compliance with policy terms and company procedures. Key Responsibilities

- Receive, review, and process insurance claims efficiently and accurately.
- Conduct thorough investigations into the circumstances surrounding each claim, gathering necessary documentation and evidence.
- Evaluate policy coverage and determine the extent of liability and coverage for each claim.
- Communicate effectively with policyholders, claimants, witnesses, and other relevant parties to obtain information and explain claim status.
- Negotiate settlements within authorized limits, striving for fair and timely resolutions.
- Prepare detailed reports documenting claim investigations, findings, and recommendations.
- Identify potential fraudulent claims and escalat




- Ensure all claims are handled in compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date claim files.

Requirements

- Proven experience in insurance claims processing or a related field.
- Solid understanding of insurance policies, terminology, and claims handling procedures.
