Key Responsibilities

- Develop and deliver engaging health education content through various online channels (webinars, social media, email campaigns).
- Conduct virtual outreach to community members to promote health awareness and preventive care.
- Connect individuals with local health services, clinics, and resources.
- Organize and facilitate online health workshops and information sessions.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and community leaders to enhance health initiatives.
- Collect data on community health needs and program participation.
- Prepare reports on outreach activities and their effectiveness.
- Stay updated on current public health issues and best practices.
- Build and maintain relationships with community members and partner organizations online.
- Adapt communication strategies to effectively reach diverse cultural and linguistic groups.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Health Education, Social Work, Nursing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in community health, health promotion, or a similar role.
- Proven experience in developing and delivering health education programs.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, adapted for virtual delivery.
- Proficiency in using digital communication tools, social media platforms, and virtual meeting software.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- Strong understanding of public health principles and community dynamics.
- Experience working with diverse populations is essential.
- Creativity in developing engaging online content.
- Fluency in Spanish; proficiency in indigenous languages or English is a plus.
