Job Overview

Our client is seeking a Logistics Customer Support Coordinator (GoHighLevel) to manage day-to-day clerical and operational tasks, serving as the first point of contact for inbound communications while streamlining workflows for a transportation service.

Schedule

Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM CST, with 1 hour unpaid break (40 work hours per week).

Responsibilities

- Handle high volumes of inbound calls from riders, customers, and drivers, providing timely updates on ETAs and service inquiries.
- Manage email correspondence with contracted organizations, including processing and sending invoices.
- Coordinate and build daily driver schedules and route assignments to ensure next-day readiness.
- Generate and distribute quotes for ride requests, supporting both one-time and weekly booking clients.
- Leverage Go High Level to build automations and streamline customer communication workflows.
- Maintain organized records of client bookings, driver availability, and service contracts.




- Ensure seamless coordination between drivers, clients, and contracted healthcare and corporate partners.
- Maintain service quality standards appropriate for medical and workforce transportation clients.

Requirements

- Proven experience using Go High Level, including setting up automations and managing workflows.
- At least 3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or dispatch coordination.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a warm, compassionate phone manner.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of attention to detail, particularly with scheduling and invoicing accuracy.
