About the Role

Key Responsibilities

- Develop creative architectural concepts for retail environments, showrooms, and brand activation spaces.
- Design layouts and spatial configurations that optimize customer flow, product visibility, and brand storytelling.
- Integrate digital technologies, interactive displays, and sensory elements to create immersive retail experiences.
- Collaborate with branding agencies, marketing teams, and visual merchandisers to ensure design aligns with brand identity and objectives.
- Prepare detailed drawings, renderings, and mock-ups for client presentations and construction.
- Oversee the design development process, ensuring technical feasibility and aesthetic quality.
- Source innovative materials and finishes that enhance the retail atmosphere and brand message.
- Stay informed about the latest trends in retail design, consumer behavior,



and experiential marketing.
- Manage multiple retail design projects concurrently, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.

Requirements

- Degree in Architecture or Interior Design with a strong focus on retail or commercial spaces.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural or interior design, with a proven portfolio of successful retail projects.
- Demonstrated experience in designing engaging and immersive retail environments.
- Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and 3D visualization tools (e.g., 3ds Max, V-Ray).
- Strong understanding of branding principles and their application in physical spaces.
- Creative thinking and a passion for innovation in design.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client-management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and manage project timelines.
- Familiarity with retail trends and consumer psychology is highly desirable.
