About the Role

Our client, a distinguished aviation services provider, is actively seeking a proficient Técnico de Línea de Mantenimiento de Aeronaves to join their operational team based in Querétaro City, Querétaro . This role is essential for performing routine maintenance, inspections, and minor repairs on aircraft directly on the flight line. The idóneo candidate will have a strong foundation in aircraft systems, excellent troubleshooting skills, and a commitment to upholding the highest safety and quality standards. You will work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring the swift and safe turnaround of aircraft, playing a key role in the operational efficiency of our clients in Querétaro City .

Key Responsibilities

- Perform scheduled line maintenance tasks, including visual inspections, operational checks, and routine servicing of aircraft.
- Conduct pre-flight and post-flight inspections to identify and report any discrepancies or required maintenance.
- Perform minor repairs and component replacements as authorized, such as wheel and brake changes, tire replacements, and fluid replenishment.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose basic mechanical and electrical issues on the flight line.
- Interpret technical manuals, aircraft maintenance logs, and service bulletins to perform required tasks.
- Document all maintenance actions performed, including parts used and labor hours, in the aircraft maintenance records.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and aviation regulations.




- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols and environmental regulations.
- Coordinate with flight crews and ground operations to ensure efficient aircraft handling and maintenance.
- Respond promptly to aircraft on-call requirements as needed.

Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a recognized aviation technician program is a strong advantage.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in aircraft line maintenance.
- Possession of relevant certifications (e.g., AME) is highly desirable.
- Solid understanding of aircraft systems, including airframes, engines, hydraulics, landing gear, and basic avionics.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting aircraft technical manuals and maintenance documentation.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to use common hand and power tools.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Commitment to safety and quality in all aspects of work.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as required by flight schedules.
- Good communication and teamwork skills in Spanish.
