Flex is seeking a Production Supervisor (Repair Area) for its Guadalajara North Campus. The role directs shift operations, leading repair technicians and engineers to meet safety, quality, productivity, and customer requirements.

You will coach operators, analyze performance, and drive improvement projects. A BA/BS or equivalent, plus electronics repair/manufacturing experience, is required to excel in this position.
