About the Role

Our client, a prestigious corporate entity in Naucalpan, State of Mexico, MX , is seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager of Cleaning for Corporate Spaces and High-Traffic Areas. This pivotal role is responsible for ensuring a consistently clean, safe, and welcoming environment across extensive office complexes, meeting rooms, common areas, and event spaces. The Manager will oversee a team of cleaning professionals, develop and implement effective cleaning strategies, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. The adecuado candidate will have a proven track record in facilities management or commercial cleaning operations, exceptional leadership skills, and a keen eye for detail. Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive cleaning programs and schedules for all corporate facilities, including offices, lobbies, restrooms, kitchens, and event spaces. Supervise, train, and motivate a team of cleaning technicians, ensuring high standards of performance and customer service. Manage the procurement and inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment, and chemicals, ensuring cost-effectiveness and compliance with safety standards. Conduct regular inspections and quality audits to ensure all areas are maintained to the highest cleanliness and presentation standards. Develop and manage the departmental budget, controlling costs and ensuring efficient resource allocation. Implement and enforce health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures for the cleaning team and facility users.



Coordinate cleaning activities with other departments (e.g., facilities maintenance, event planning) to minimize disruption. Respond to and resolve any cleaning-related issues or complaints promptly and professionally. Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies in commercial cleaning and facilities management. Prepare regular reports on cleaning performance, budget status, and team activities for senior management.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in cleaning management or facilities operations, with a strong focus on commercial or corporate environments. Proven experience in managing cleaning teams and developing effective cleaning protocols. In-depth knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and best practices for various surfaces and environments. Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Experience with budget management and vendor negotiation. Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing priorities. Proficiency in Spanish and intermediate English is preferred. Flexibility to work outside standard business hours for special events or urgent needs.
