About the Role

Our client, a specialized healthcare development firm, is seeking a highly organized and experienced Arquitecto/a de Gestión de Proyectos to oversee the planning and execution of healthcare facilities. This role, based in Naucalpan, State of Mexico , focuses on ensuring that medical infrastructure projects meet stringent industry standards, regulatory requirements, and operational needs. You will manage all phases of project development, from feasibility studies and design coordination to construction oversight and project closeout. The adecuado candidate will possess a strong understanding of healthcare facility design, project management methodologies, and a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities

- Manage all aspects of healthcare facility construction projects, from conception through completion.
- Coordinate with architectural and engineering teams, ensuring design compliance with healthcare standards.
- Develop project plans, budgets, and schedules, and monitor progress.
- Oversee construction activities, ensuring quality, safety, and adherence to specifications.
- Liaise with clients, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders.
- Manage contracts, procurements, and vendor relationships.




- Conduct site inspections and ensure project milestones are met.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.

Requirements

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, with a specialization in healthcare facility development.
- Proven experience managing complex construction projects from start to finish.
- Strong understanding of healthcare design principles, building codes, and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6).
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with sustainable design practices in healthcare settings.
- Comfortable working in a hybrid model, utilizing remote collaboration tools effectively.
