You will coordinate with Credit, Sales Operations, and Warehouse teams to resolve issues and ensure accurate, on-time fulfillment. You will handle inquiries across email, phone, and chat, maintain customer profiles, process credits and RMAs, and apply customer-specific pricing programs.
