About the Role

Our client, a leading sports medicine and rehabilitation clinic in Saltillo, Coahuila , is looking for a dedicated Rehabilitador Físico y Deportivo. This role is essential for helping athletes and active individuals recover from injuries, improve performance, and prevent future physical ailments. You will design and implement customized rehabilitation programs, utilizing a wide range of therapeutic techniques and exercises. The adecuado candidate will have a deep understanding of biomechanics, injury mechanisms, and rehabilitation principles. Strong diagnostic skills, excellent communication abilities, and a genuine passion for helping people regain mobility and function are paramount. Key Responsibilities

- Conduct comprehensive physical assessments to diagnose injuries and functional limitations.
- Develop and implement individualized physical therapy and rehabilitation programs for athletes and general population.
- Employ therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities to restore strength, flexibility, and function.
- Educate patients on injury prevention, proper body mechanics, and home exercise programs.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.




- Collaborate with physicians, coaches, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research, techniques, and technologies in sports rehabilitation.

Requirements

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy, Sports Rehabilitation, or a related field.
- Licensed Physical Therapist or Certified Athletic Trainer (or equivalent qualification).
- Proven experience in sports rehabilitation and working with athletes.
- Expertise in various therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and electrotherapy.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills to work with clients in Saltillo, Coahuila .
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
