About the Role

Our client, a prominent cultural foundation based in the historical and modern city of Querétaro City, Querétaro, MX , is actively seeking a creative and skilled Diseñador Gráfico Multimedia. This role is central to developing visually compelling materials that promote our diverse range of cultural events, artistic programs, and community outreach initiatives. The successful candidate will be instrumental in translating artistic concepts into engaging visual narratives across various media. Key Responsibilities

- Design and produce high-quality graphic assets for print and digital platforms, including brochures, posters, social media graphics, website banners, and email campaigns.
- Develop motion graphics and short video content for promotional purposes.
- Collaborate with program managers, artists, and marketing teams to understand project needs and translate them into visual concepts.
- Ensure brand consistency across all visual communications.
- Create visual concepts, logos, and branding for new projects and events.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and quality standards.
- Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.




- Prepare final artwork files for print production and digital deployment.
- Assist in the planning and execution of photo shoots or video productions as needed.
- Contribute creative ideas to team brainstorming sessions for marketing and promotional campaigns.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in graphic design and multimedia production, preferably within the arts or non-profit sector.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design styles and multimedia projects.
- Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
- Experience in creating motion graphics and video editing.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills in Spanish.
- Knowledge of web design principles is a plus.
