We are looking for a Spanish-Mandarin Chinese bilingual professional interested in developing a long-term career in the manufacturing industry. This position will support plant management, facilitate communication between teams, and ensure proper follow-up on operational activities. The selected candidate will receive training and professional development to progressively take on greater responsibilities, with the long-term goal of advancing into supervisory and managerial roles.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support the coordination and follow-up of daily plant operations.
- Facilitate communication between Spanish-speaking and Chinese-speaking personnel, ensuring accurate communication of information and instructions.
- Assist in identifying, clarifying, and following up on issues related to daily operations.
- Monitor the completion of tasks, agreements, and priorities established by supervisors and management.
- Maintain ongoing communication with different departments to promote effective coordination and operational continuity.
- Assist in preparing reports, gathering information, and tracking operational performance indicators.




- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and the implementation of corrective actions.
- Receive training in manufacturing processes, personnel management, and operations administration, with the goal of progressively assuming greater responsibilities.

Requirements:

- Proficiency in both Spanish and Mandarin Chinese, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and plant operations.
- Previous experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to identify issues, support problem clarification, and follow up on action items.
- Leadership potential, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive, responsible, and eager to learn.
- Strong interest in professional development toward supervisory and managerial positions.

Experience:

Entry-level experience in manufacturing, production, or operational coordination is preferred. Candidates with limited experience may be considered based on their basic manufacturing knowledge, communication skills, and potential for growth.
