About the Role

Our client, a prominent real estate investment firm, is seeking a skilled and proactive Commercial Property Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of commercial properties in and around Naucalpan, State of Mexico . This is a remote-first position, offering the flexibility to manage operations efficiently from anywhere. The idóneo candidate will have a strong background in commercial real estate management, focusing on maximizing property value, ensuring tenant satisfaction, and maintaining operational excellence. You will be responsible for all aspects of property operations, including leasing, financial management, tenant relations, and maintenance supervision. This role is critical for the smooth and profitable operation of our client's commercial real estate assets in the vibrant Naucalpan business district.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of commercial properties, ensuring high standards of maintenance and tenant services, primarily conducted remotely.
- Develop and execute leasing strategies to minimize vacancies and maximize rental income for properties in Naucalpan .
- Manage tenant relations, ensuring prompt resolution of issues and fostering positive, long-term relationships.
- Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and rent collection for all managed properties.
- Coordinate with maintenance staff and external vendors to ensure properties are well-maintained and compliant with all safety regulations.
- Conduct regular property inspections (virtually or as needed on-site) to assess condition and identify potential issues.
- Negotiate lease renewals and service contracts,

- Analyze market conditions and recommend strategies for property improvement and value enhancement in the Naucalpan area.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations pertaining to commercial property management.

Requirements

- Proven experience as a Commercial Property Manager or in a similar real estate management role.
- Solid understanding of commercial real estate principles, leasing, and property operations, particularly within the State of Mexico .
- Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in property management software and digital communication tools, essential for remote work.
- Ability to manage multiple properties and priorities effectively.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- A relevant degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Must be comfortable working autonomously in a remote setting, requiring strong self-discipline and time management.
