Eaton Corporation seeks a Latam R&D; Manager to lead regional R&D; and Engineering, driving localization, cost reduction, and manufacturing innovation across LATAM. You will oversee Engineering and Manufacturing teams supporting operations in Mexico, CAC, Chile and Brazil, reporting to the LATAM Operations Director.
You will steer capital projects, standardization, and collaboration with Supply Chain and Plant Managers, developing talent and ensuring adherence to Eaton standards and local laws.
