Ultimate Viewpoint is hiring a Junior IT Support specialist in Apodaca, Actual León, to provide onsite end-user support. The role requires 1–3 years of corporate IT experience, strong English-speaking skills for international calls, and management of Active Directory and Microsoft 365 environments.

The successful candidate will handle hardware peripherals, be willing to work 100% onsite, and use Jira or ServiceNow to manage tickets. A technical degree is required.
