Buck land is seeking an MX Air Operations Customer Service Representative (CSR) to manage an assigned customer portfolio within Air Operations. You will coordinate shipments from pre-alert through customs, delivery, and billing readiness, acting as the primary contact among customers, Buckland, and service providers.
You will monitor KPIs and SLAs, escalate risks, and communicate proactively to ensure timely, accurate updates and continuous service improvements.
