- 5–7+ years of experience in product management, or software engineering with a strong technical focus.
- Proven ability to writeepics, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
- Strong background inJava BackendorJava Fullstackdevelopment, with solid understanding of application architecture, APIs, databases, and cloud concepts.
- Own and maintain theproduct backlog, ensuring clarity,prioritization, and alignment with roadmap.
- Act as Product Owner during agile ceremonies:sprint planning, backlog refinement, stand-ups, reviews, andretrospectives.
- Experience in technical collaboration with Architects, Program Managers, business functions etc.
- Proven experience owning and delivering technical products, platforms, APIs, or shared services.
- Strong understanding of modern software development, including microservices,APIs, cloud platforms, CI/CD, and distributed systems.
- Experience delivering products from concept to launch in agile or hybrid environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
