About the Role

Key Responsibilities

- Direct and supervise on-site construction activities to ensure project milestones are met.
- Coordinate the work of subcontractors, tradespeople, and laborers, ensuring efficient workflow.
- Implement and enforce all safety regulations and company policies on the construction site.
- Monitor the quality of construction work, identifying and rectifying any defects.
- Manage site resources, including materials, tools, and equipment, ensuring their availability and proper use.
- Maintain daily progress reports, site logs, and safety records.
- Communicate effectively with project managers, architects, and clients regarding site progress and issues.
- Ensure compliance with building codes and project specifications.




- Manage site access and security.
- Assist in resolving on-site construction challenges and conflicts.

Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction supervision or a related role on construction sites.
- Hands-on experience in various construction trades is highly beneficial.
- Good understanding of construction methods, safety practices, and building codes.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage and motivate on-site teams.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications for reporting.
- Familiarity with the construction environment in Tijuana, Baja California is advantageous.
- Must be physically capable of performing site inspections and working in various weather conditions.
