Carrier seeks a Material Flow Engineer (NPI) to support material flow strategies for new products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will work with Engineering, Operations, Planning, Warehouse, and Supply Chain teams to enable smooth NPI implementations and continuous process improvements.

The role requires a degree in engineering, 0–3 years of related experience, and knowledge of SAP MM / MRP with strong communication skills and English proficiency.
