WE'RE HIRING: TRAINER – BANKING & FINANCIAL SERVICES We are looking for a motivated Trainer to prepare and develop employees in a dynamic BPO environment, with a preference for candidates who have experience supporting banking or financial services clients.

Key Responsibilities
• Deliver onboarding, product, process, and customer service training.
• Facilitate engaging training sessions and practical learning activities.
• Evaluate trainees' knowledge, readiness, and performance.
• Ensure adherence to client procedures, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
• Identify knowledge gaps and coordinate coaching and refresher sessions.
• Partner with Operations and Quality teams to drive employee performance. Requirements




• Previous experience as a Trainer in a BPO or call center environment.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Strong coaching, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to assess performance and adapt training methods to different learning styles. Preferred Qualifications
• Experience supporting banking, credit cards, loans, payments, or financial services accounts.
• Knowledge of financial services processes, compliance, and customer data protection.
• Experience training employees on complex products or regulated processes.
