• Eligibility on the first of the month following your hire date Purpose of Position: The Senior Analyst, Financial Planning & Analysis is responsible for the preparation and analysis of the Company’s financial reports including, but not limited to, weekly and monthly operational results, monthly forecasts, and annual budget. This role requires strong analytical skills, advanced Excel, and the ability to manage complex data sets while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and continuous process improvement, while also organizing and analyzing financial data. Accountabilities:
• Manage a suite of financial reports for weekly, monthly, quarterly distribution highlighting business trends and financial performance.
• Budgeting, forecasting and performing analysis of variances and drivers of operational results by effectively partnering with our Regional FP&A; teams and various stakeholders.
• Build, update and maintain financial models including performance indicator reports.
• Collect, analyze and manage large date sets of data from system applications and assist in the development of meaningful reports.
• Oversee reporting of capital expenditures.
• Assist with the preparation of disclosures and reports, related to quarterly and annual filings, submitted to the Security Exchange Commission (SEC) including supporting documentation.
• Review existing processes and procedures to develop recommendations for improvement efforts.
• Manage the FP&A; system application including maintenance.




• Contributor to ad-hoc finance projects by leveraging finance acumen and skills. Minimum Skills Required
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting; MBA beneficial
• Strong knowledge of accounting and business acumen
• Analytical and keen on details
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs (Advance user of Excel);
• Organizational skills that reflect ability to work independently
• Strong collaboration and partnering skills; Fully fluent in English (written and verbal) Preferred:
