We are seeking a professional with experience in international air logistics to join our team and provide end-to-end shipment tracking and customer support for air import and export operations across the automotive, aerospace, and luxury industries.

Location:
Mexico City International Airport (AICM), Mexico City Schedule: Night Shift, 9:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Work Arrangement: On-site during the first 3 months,



followed by a hybrid schedule with 2 work-from-home days per week.

Key Responsibilities
• Track and monitor air import and export shipments.
• Manage and update milestones in CargoWise.
• Maintain constant communication with domestic and international customers.
• Coordinate with airlines, bonded warehouses, and customs teams.
• Issue departure, transit, and arrival notifications.
• Manage a high volume of shipments simultaneously, ensuring service continuity and shipment visibility.
• Monitor KPIs and ensure compliance with established service levels. Required Profile
• 2 to 4 years of experience in Freight Forwarding, Customer Service, or International Air Logistics.
• Knowledge of air import and export processes.
• Experience working with airlines, warehouses, and customs-related operations.
• Proficiency in CargoWise.
• Advanced English (B2-C1) with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work night shifts and participate in weekend rotations when required.
