About the Role
Are you a seasoned Full-Stack Engineer with a strong foundation in Java, modern Angular, and enterprise system design? We are seeking a Lead / Principal Engineer to design, build, and optimize scalable, high-performance web applications while driving architectural best practices and leveraging AI-powered development tools. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Product Owners, Enterprise Architects, and fellow engineers to turn business requirements into robust tech solutions.

Key Responsibilities
• Full-Stack Development: Design and build web applications using Angular, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, and RESTful Web Services.
• Architecture amp; Design: Collaborate with Enterprise Architects to establish robust solution designs, microservice patterns, and technical roadmaps.
• Code Quality amp; Mentorship: Perform code reviews, enforce best practices, write automated unit tests, and mentor junior engineers.
• Agile Execution: Participate in the full SDLC—researching technical options, building proof-of-concepts, and optimizing application performance and security.
• AI-Assisted Engineering: Leverage modern AI tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor,



ChatGPT, Claude) to accelerate development, debugging, and documentation while maintaining high code quality and security standards. Key Qualifications
•

Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Backend Mastery: 10+ years of hands-on experience in Java and J2EE (Spring Boot, Spring JPA/Hibernate, Spring Security preferred).
• Frontend Expertise: 4+ years of frontend engineering using Angular, HTML5/CSS3, ES6, Bootstrap, REST APIs, and tooling (NPM, Jasmine).
• Databases: Strong knowledge of SQL / RDBMS (experience with Redis, Memcached, or Elasticsearch is a plus).
• Cloud amp; DevOps: Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, Git, and cloud environments (AWS or Azure).
• Problem Solving: Deep understanding of object-oriented design, data structures, algorithms, observables, and event/error handling. Preferred Requirements Experience with microservices architecture, distributed systems, and multi-threading. Hands-on experience with DevOps tools (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Terraform, Terragrunt). Scripting knowledge in Python, JavaScript, or Shell. Mandatory Criteria
• Must be based in Guadalajara, Mexico.
• Full English fluency (C1+) amp; Spanish bilingual capability.
