Technical Delivery Manager is responsible for leading the development, delivery, and ongoing optimization of internal web applications and technical solutions. This role will oversee cross-functional teams, including Frontend Development, UI/UX Design, Quality Assurance, and Analytics, ensuring projects are delivered on time, meet business objectives, and maintain high technical standards. Key Responsibilities
• Technical & Engineering Leadership: Lead and mentor Frontend Developers and technical teams, ensuring scalable web architectures, performance optimization, and adherence to development best practices.
• Cross-Functional Delivery: Coordinate Frontend, UI/UX, QA, and Analytics teams to deliver high-performing, user-centric web applications aligned with business objectives.
• Project & Stakeholder Management: Own project planning, roadmaps, timelines, resource allocation, dependencies, and stakeholder communication to ensure successful execution.
• Software Development Lifecycle: Oversee end-to-end development, including architecture, design, development, testing, deployment, maintenance, and production troubleshooting.
• Quality Assurance & CI/CD: Drive testing strategies, automation initiatives, and continuous integration/deployment processes to ensure application reliability and stability.
• Data & Performance Optimization: Partner with Analytics teams to monitor application performance, user behavior, and KPIs to drive continuous improvements.
• Risk & Vendor Management: Proactively identify delivery risks, resolve dependencies, manage third-party vendors, and ensure compliance with SLAs/SLOs.
• Process Improvement:



Optimize development workflows, Agile/Scrum practices, and technical processes to improve efficiency, scalability, and team performance. Minimum Qualifications
• 15+ years of experience in technical project management, software development delivery, or application maintenance across Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
• 8–10+ years of people management experience, including team leadership, coaching, and performance management.
• Extensive experience managing the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), from architecture and development through testing, deployment, and production support.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional technical teams, including Frontend Developers, UI/UX Designers, QA Engineers, and Analytics professionals.
• Strong expertise in project planning, resource management, stakeholder communication, risk mitigation, and delivery execution.
• Experience overseeing software testing, QA methodologies, and application performance optimization.
• Working knowledge of web analytics, data platforms, and KPI-driven decision-making. Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience with Git-based CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.
• Experience with cloud platforms, including Google Cloud Platform (GCP), AWS, or Azure.
• Technical knowledge of SQL, Regex, database concepts, and middleware architecture.
• Familiarity with modern frontend frameworks, scalable web architectures, UI/UX integration, and web accessibility standards.
• Experience implementing automated testing frameworks and optimizing QA processes within Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong understanding of web analytics, application monitoring, and data-driven performance optimization.
