AR/O2C Analyst

Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive Accounts Receivable Analyst to join our finance team. The adecuado candidate will be responsible for managing the full accounts receivable cycle, ensuring efficient billing, collections, and payment reconciliation processes, while maintaining positive relationships with our clients.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts receivable
• Advanced English (B2 – C1)

Key Responsibilities
• Manage an assigned AR customer portfolio, ensuring timely collection and proactive follow-up of past-due balances.
• Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies involving invoices, payments, credits, deductions and other open items.
• Monitor unapplied cash and coordinate remittance collection and payment application.
• Support credit management activities, including credit-limit reviews, credit exposure and order holds/releases.
• Manage credits, offsets, duplicate payments and customer refund processes.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Service, Cash Application, Credit and Finance teams to resolve billing and payment issues.




• Maintain accurate collection notes, customer records and AR reporting, including aging and outstanding balances.

Qualifications:
• Experience in Accounts Receivable, Collections or Order-to-Cash (O2C).
• Proficiency in ERP systems, with hands-on JD Edwards (JDE) experience required; SAP experience is highly desirable.
• Strong Excel, analytical and account reconciliation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including English for business interactions.
• Proactive, results-oriented and organized, with strong ownership and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
